Tom Surgey mixes the best Spring cocktails for Oz Clarke in the folly of The Pig in Combe for the third episode in WineAlive’s Spring Sipping series.
‘This is a fantastic time for cocktails – mixologists are bravely mixing herbs, spices, vinegars and sweet flavours ‘ – Oz Clarke
Tom is using star studded ingredients: a gin jointly founded by actor Emma Watson and her brother Alex, Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camila’s 100% blue weber agave Pantalones tequila, and a non-alcoholic spirit developed by neuroscientist Professor David Nutt to enhance the brain’s naturally occurring GABA. Watch as Oz finds out more about GABA and discusses trousers and a religious calling as he tastes cocktails expertly mixed by Tom using: Renais Small Batch Gin Pantalones Tequila Blanco (Organic) Sentia GABA Red. Sounds intriguing? Watch to find out more.
