Watch Oz and Tom whip up four alternative summer cocktails using Cotswold-based Reverend Hubert’s spirits and liqueurs in this lively episode of WineAlive’s ‘Summer Sipping Series’.
Reverend Hubert’s Tom Lester is the founder of these spirits and liqueurs which were named after his great grandfather. He had a congregation who didn’t get along so he would choose fruit from the vicarage garden and make various gins for the summer fete to bring everyone together …and of course this was a success.
WineAlive has just launched its brand new YouTube Channel, so click above to watch our exuberant experts Oz and Tom for some wit and wisdom as they continue our Summer Sipping Series in the glorious surroundings of Pythouse Kitchen Garden in Wiltshire.

Join them as they get slightly overexcited as their palates start to tingle whilst exploring the complexity of flavours in the Reverend’s Summer Cup and Winter Gin Liqueur as they come alive in four alternative summer serving suggestions.
