Bristol – we’re back for the Great Bristol Wine Fest and nothing could have given us more pleasure on a sunny Saturday in April than to meet you in person, glasses in hand and ready to discover your next favourite bottles for 2025!
Held once again at the airy, industrial chic of the Paintworks Event Space the Great Bristol Wine Fest 2025 tasting was hosted by Oz Clarke and Susy Atkins. They encouraged you to challenge yourself in ‘Gr’April’ to try a new grape variety or two as well as discover different variations of old favourites.
To whet your appetite, in the run up to the festival Susy was joined by Mimi Avery of Bristol wine merchants Avery’s to give an InstaLive sneak preview of the different wines on taste on the day.
We were delighted to welcome a range of local vineyards and other local drinks producers and merchants, including Avery’s, Maud Heath Vineyard, Lost & Grounded Brewers and 6 O’Clock Gin as well as local cheese producer Sharpham Dairy.
